Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are an advanced method of construction and a high performance building system for residential, leisure and light commercial use. The panel consists of an Insulating foam core sandwiched between two structural facings, oriented strand board (OSB). The individual wall thickness with our SIP Garden Room is 170mm thick which is ideal for year round, leisure use.
SIPs are manufactured under factory controlled conditions and can be fabricated to fit nearly any building design. The result is a building system that is extremely strong, energy efficient and cost effective.

Tanalised 18mm secret nail redwood cladding is a high quality timber which has had preservatives vacuum injected into the heart of the wood, protecting it from the inside out, and is guaranteed against rot for 15 years. Approximate life span 20 years+.

Thermowood Offices

Thermowood 18mm secret nail cladding is a specially kiln heated redwood timber. The kiln process removes moisture and resin, producing a timber with a reduced moisture content and enhanced physical properties, including a resistance to mould and decay. Approximate life span 30 years+.
